Manufacturing Operations Director
This position oversees multiple operational teams, ensuring adherence to established standards and procedures.
* Leads a team of Shift Managers to achieve strategic objectives.
* Manages resources and budget control for areas of responsibility.
* Identifies scope and prepares capital expenditure requests.
* Drives operational efficiency through lean principles and systems.
Required skills: leadership, communication, conflict resolution, problem-solving, PC literacy, TPM or Lean Manufacturing tools, change management, certification in Lean Manufacturing an advantage.
