Job Responsibilities:
* Perform reconciliations and postings for bank, credit card, and petty cash accounts.
* Assist with the preparation of monthly management accounts and quarterly reporting.
* Process accounts payable, ensuring accurate matching of purchase invoices with orders before payment.
* Manage staff expenses claims efficiently.
* Contribute to sales invoicing tasks.
* Liaise with project managers to monitor and control budgets for financial management of projects.
* Prepare and post month-end journals accurately.
* Undertake ad hoc duties as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proficiency in SAGE 200 software.
* Demonstrated experience in using Microsoft Excel.
* Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
* Efficient work methods and good interpersonal skills, able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
