A growing residential developer is looking to appoint a Design Manager to support the delivery of a number of live apartment developments in Limerick city centre. It’s the sort of environment where you’ll have visibility across the full development process, not just one small piece of it.The RoleThe Design Manager will play a key role in coordinating the design process across the company’s residential developments, working closely with the development, construction and external consultant teams.Typical responsibilities will include:Coordinating the design process across projects, working closely with architects, consultants and internal teams.Supporting the delivery of design information to ensure projects progress smoothly from planning through to construction.Reviewing drawings and resolving design or technical queries, while helping maintain quality and consistency across developments.Requirements:Experience as a Design Manager / Design Coordinator in Ireland
