The RoleYou will take ownership of a defined geographic territory and dealer portfolio, driving new business volumes while protecting margin and credit quality.Developing and expanding relationships with motor, equipment and commercial dealersDriving new lending volumes across SME customersBuilding and executing a structured territory growth planAssessing lending proposals and applying sound credit judgementIdentifying early credit risks and managing within risk appetiteCollaborating internally across credit, risk and operationsMaintaining strong market visibility and presence within your territoryThis is a fast-paced, target-driven environment requiring a strong hunter mentality combined with disciplined portfolio management.
The PersonWe are looking for a proven asset finance sales professional with:Strong experience in asset finance / commercial financeDemonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targetsExperience managing dealer relationshipsSolid credit assessment and financial analysis capabilityStrong negotiation and commercial skillsDeep understanding of the Irish SME landscapeKnowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements within financial servicesAPA or QFA qualification (required)
