Job Overview
As a key member of our Behavioural Support Team, you will be responsible for conducting functional assessments and developing comprehensive behaviour support plans to enhance the lives of individuals with complex needs.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Positive Behavioural Support principles and have experience in teaching new skills to improve overall quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough Functional Assessments to inform Behaviour Support Plans.
* Develop and implement Multi-Element Behaviour Support Plans (MEBSP) to promote positive behaviours.
* Teach new skills and strategies to improve quality of life for individuals.
Requirements
* Qualification: Psychology Degree or equivalent MSc ABA or equivalent BCBA preferred but not essential.
* Experience: Minimum three years' experience within a similar role or healthcare/social care setting.
* Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
