M&E Project Manager (Contract)

Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled M&E Project Manager to lead and deliver major projects with a minimum value of £15 million and above. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all phases of M&E project delivery - from design coordination through to completion - ensuring that all works meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance.
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage large-scale M&E projects (£15m+) from inception to completion.
* Coordinate mechanical and electrical design, procurement, installation, and commissioning activities.
* Oversee and manage project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project goals.
* Monitor progress, control budgets, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within cost.
* Maintain excellent communication with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders.
* Ensure all work complies with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years' experience managing M&E projects of significant value (£15m+).
* Strong technical understanding of both mechanical and electrical systems.
* Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams.
* Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
* Degree or relevant professional qualification in Building Services, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering preferred.
