About the Role
Due to an increase in business, we are recruiting for a temporary Administration Officer position that may be extended up to 12 months.
The role is based on a 37-hour week, Monday to Friday, with flexible working hours. The company also offers hybrid working from home two days a week after training.
The pay rate for this role is £13.37 per hour, and the company offers 37 days of holiday per year.
Duties and Responsibilities
As an Administration Officer, your key duties will include:
* Providing administration support to management and colleagues to ensure effective service delivery and reporting.
* Raising purchase orders and coordinating internal and external meetings and events, including arranging hospitality, attending sessions, and recording minutes as needed.
* Managing correspondence, handling emails and phone communications to ensure timely responses to third-party requests.
* Contributing to the company's development through active participation in team meetings, projects, and collaboration.
* Helping manage physical and digital records to ensure compliance with the organisation's records management policy.
