Job Title: Strategic Business Process Analyst
Job Description:
The IT Business Analyst will collaborate with clients in Tullamore, on a hybrid contract basis of 2 days per week onsite and occasional trips to alternative locations.
* A seasoned Business Analyst with at least 7 years' experience in a similar role is required.
* Candidates should possess Agile framework certification and proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
* The ideal candidate will be able to produce clear process maps using BPMN, Visio or comparable modelling tools, and interpret, validate and reconcile application and user data using Excel, SQL or suitable visualisation utilities.
* Candidates should also have a strong understanding of data and system integration principles, including the ability to define and manage interface requirements between multiple platforms and applications.
Mandatory Requirements:
* 7 years' experience in a similar BA role.
* Experience working in Agile environments and a proven record of working as a Product Owner.
* Proficient user of Microsoft Azure DevOps with a proven record of creating user stories and running sprints using the tool.
* Professional Qualification in Business Analysis or Product Development e.g. BCS, IIBA, CBAP / CCBA, Agile BA.
* Agile framework certification.
* ICT Qualification (Level 7 or above).
