Position: Sales Representative Compensation: Lucrative commission-based compensation (successful reps hitting goals earn over $200,000, top performers earn over $300,000) Experience: At least 3 years of commissioned sales experience preferred
What You'll Do:
* Engage with potential buyers, showcasing our beautiful new homes
* Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
* Collaborate with our marketing team to generate leads
* Establish rapport and conduct needs analysis to help customers achieve the American dream
Qualifications:
* At least 3 years of commissioned sales experience preferred
* Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset
* Tenacity and drive to meet and exceed sales targets
* Organizational skills to manage leads and follow-ups effectively
* Current top performers have come from luxury sales, pharmaceuticals, high end auto, or cellular sales
