Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to fill the role of Assistant Leisure Centre Manager.
As an Assistant Leisure Centre Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Leisure Centre Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the leisure centre, ensuring a safe and effective environment for staff and guests.
You will provide support with employee training and development, employee engagement, and HR issues. Additionally, you will assist in implementing and maintaining high standards of operating procedures across all service areas.
Liaising with the General Manager and Leisure Centre manager regarding operational issues is also a key aspect of this role.
Your goal will be to drive sales and consistently deliver exceptional customer service.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Knowledge and experience using invoice systems
* Prior experience as a Leisure Centre Supervisor or Assistant Manager (minimum 6 months)
* Fluency in written and spoken English
* Fully qualified and certified Gym Instructor
* Fully qualified and certified Lifeguard (up-to-date certificate)
* Certified in Occupational First Aid (up-to-date certificate)
* Certified Pool Plant Room Operator (desirable but not essential)
* REPs Ireland Registration
