Job snapshot

To support the company's compliance with the Medical Device Regulation (MDR) by collecting, organising and maintaining product and supplier data. The role involves compiling due diligence documentation, maintaining accurate records in spreadsheets and preparing them for uploading the information into the SAP system.

Fixed Term 6 month contract

Candidate Location: Dublin

Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities are not limited to but will include:

Collect and collate MDR related data for medical devices and accessories from suppliers/business partners

Maintain accurate data records in spreadsheets and company databases

Perform due diligence checks on products, manufacturers and suppliers, ensuring regulatory company requirements are met.

Review supplier documentation e.g. Declarations of Conformity (DoC), CE certificates/MDR certificates, ISO certificates, technical files etc

Ensure all relevant MDR compliance data is uploaded correctly into the SAP system

Follow up with suppliers to obtain missing or updated information

Ensure that you comply with risk-assessed policies and procedures relating to IT Security, Health and Safety

What are the role requirements?

Experience in medical device industry is desirable

Previous experience in data entry, supplier management is an advantage

MDR or ISO13485 experience is an advantage

Accuracy and completeness of MDR data records

Timely uploading of validated data into SAP

Compliance rate of supplier documentation

Responsiveness to supplier and internal queries

Audit readiness of MDR documentation file

HC21 is a high growth company, and so the successful candidate will need to show a flexible approach to work and be able to enthusiastically embrace change and new challenges.

Who exceeds in this role?

Top performers would have:

Strong attention to details and high accuracy in data entry is a must

Good understanding of documentation control and data management

Ability to interpret and verify regulatory or technical documents

Competent in Microsoft Excel (data sorting, filtering and basic formulas)

Experience with SAP desirable

Excellent organisational and time management skills

Strong communication and follow up skills

Ability to work independently
