President's Office Permanent Whole Time Post UCC wishes to appoint an experienced individual to the role of Executive Director of Presidential Operations. The Executive Director of Presidential Operations is a member of the University Leadership Team, the President's most senior advisor and operational strategist. This role operates as a leadership multiplier for the President and a strategic accelerator for the university. The Chief of Presidential Operations ensures that the President's vision is not only articulated, but activated across every level of the institution and beyond the university. This senior executive role integrates institutional strategic activity, presidential engagement, and organisational alignment to drive university-wide excellence. The Executive Director of Presidential Operations ensures the successful execution of the university's strategic interests, enhances institutional effectiveness, and strengthens the President's internal and external influence. This role blends visionary thinking with tactical execution, acting as a trusted advisor, liaison, strategist, and integrator. The Executive Director of Presidential Operations represents the President's institutional interests across high-stakes forums, ensures operational continuity, and cultivates an institution-wide culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability. Appointment may be made on the Senior Admin II Salary Scale: € (Scale B) / 137,083 - €176,166 (Scale A). Salary placement on appointment will be in accordance with public sector pay policy.
