KerryWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Guest Services Manager to join our management team. This is a key leadership role focused on delivering outstanding guest experiences across the hotel's front-of-house and Food & Beverage operations.The RoleReporting directly to the Deputy General Manager, the Guest Services Manager will oversee the daily operation of guest-facing departments, with a strong emphasis on restaurant and bar service. The role requires a hands-on leader with a passion for hospitality, service standards, and team development.This is a permanent, non-seasonal position with long-term career opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage guest-facing operations, with a primary focus on Food & Beverage front-of-houseEnsure consistently high service standards across restaurant and bar operationsAct as a visible presence during service periods, supporting teams and engaging with guestsRecruit, train, coach, and develop team membersManage rosters, labour costs, and operational efficienciesSupport revenue generation, upselling, and guest satisfaction initiativesHandle guest feedback and service recovery in a professional and proactive mannerEnsure compliance with health & safety, food safety, and company policiesWork closely with the kitchen team and senior management to ensure seamless service deliveryContribute to SOP development, continuous improvement, and sustainability initiativesCandidate ProfileStrong background in Food & Beverage operations within a 4 or 5-star hotel environmentProven leadership experience in a Guest Services, Restaurant Manager, or F&B management roleExcellent front-of-house knowledge across restaurant and bar serviceCommercially aware with experience in cost control and operational planningConfident using hospitality systems and standard office softwareHighly organised, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and people-management skillsProfessional, guest-focused, and solution-driven approachEligibilityCandidates must have the legal right to work in Ireland.Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
