We are currently seeking an experienced Revenue Manager to join our team in a luxury hotel setting. As a key member of our revenue management function, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that maximise revenue growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
* Pricing and Revenue Management: Take full ownership of pricing, inventory management, and market analysis to drive financial performance.
* Demand Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns to support data-driven decisions.
* Room Inventory Management: Take full responsibility for room inventory across all distribution channels, including direct bookings, OTAs, GDS, and tour operator allocations.
* Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the reservations team to support revenue targets.
You will work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align strategies and achieve business goals. Regularly review and adjust forecasts to ensure they reflect actual performance.
What We Are Looking For:
* A professional qualification in revenue management.
* Extensive experience as a Revenue Manager or in a senior revenue management role, ideally within the luxury hospitality sector.
* Strong analytical skills and experience with leading revenue management systems and tools.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Familiarity with HotSoft, SynXis, D-Edge, Avvio/SHR, and Revinate is highly desirable.
* Ability to interpret data from STR and Lighthouse reporting tools is an advantage.
* Excellent communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
* Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Fluent in both spoken and written English.
