Our childcare client in Dublin West has an urgent requirement for a HR Administrator for a contract up to the start of July. The successful candidate must be immediately available and happy to work fully onsite Monday - Friday.
RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED
- Working as part of a HR Team, supporting multiple sites and hiring managers
- Upload and maintain new starter information on HR System
- Screen Applications for job postings
- Support Garda Vetting applications, ensuring required info is collected
- Supporting new employee onboarding and documentation requirements are adhered to
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 1 year's HR Admin experience
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Experience working in a fast paced, high volume environment
