Our medical device are looking for a skilled and motivatedHR Generalistto join ourGalwayteam and provide expert support across recruitment, employee relations, performance, compensation, and compliance.What You'll DoPartner with Hiring Managers on recruitment and onboarding activities.Act as a key point of contact for employee relations and engagement.Maintain accurate HR records and ensure GDPR compliance.Support performance reviews, training coordination, and development tracking.Manage payroll inputs and benefits administration.Contribute to HR projects and ensure compliance with Irish employment law.What You'll BringLevel 8 degree in HR, Business, or related field.2–5 years' experience in a generalist HR role.Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR systems.Excellent communication, attention to detail, and data accuracy.Proficiency in MS Office and experience with HRIS platforms.
