Lynch & Sons are seeking an experienced Site Foreman to join our team, working on groundworks, residential and civil engineering projects across North Dublin and surrounding areas.The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring that works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard, in compliance with Irish health and safety legislation.This is a full-time, permanent position offering long-term employment and career progression.Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate all on-site activitiesManage operatives, subcontractors, plant and materialsEnsure work is carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications and programmeEnforce Health & Safety standards (including toolbox talks and site inductions)Maintain a safe and compliant siteLiaise with engineers, project managers and other stakeholdersMonitor quality control and resolve site issuesMaintain accurate site records and daily logsRequirementsMinimum 5 years' experience in a Site Foreman or similar supervisory roleStrong groundworks experience (drainage, foundations, services, concrete, etc.)Experience on residential and civil engineering projectsPrevious experience working in EuropeGood knowledge of Irish Health & Safety (HSA) requirementsAbility to read and interpret drawings and specificationsStrong leadership, communication and organisational skillsSafe Pass (mandatory)Relevant trade or construction qualification (advantageous)Full driving licence (preferred)What We OfferSalary of €36,000 per year (DOE – may be higher for the right candidate)Secure, long-term full-time employmentWork on a variety of residential and civil projectsSupportive team and opportunities for progressionHow to ApplyTo apply, please send your CV or contact:Tony Lynch Job Type: Full-timePay: From €36,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
