Job Overview We're seeking an IT Support & Systems Administrator to deliver end-user support and manage day-to-day system and network tasks. This role involves 1st and 2nd line support, hardware and software maintenance, basic network administration, and supporting IT infrastructure within a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Provide onsite and remote technical support to users Manage incident and service requests (1st and 2nd line) Build and deploy IT hardware (desktops, laptops, tablets) Troubleshoot software issues and perform installations/upgrades Administer users in Active Directory and MS Exchange Support mobile devices and RF handheld scanners Track IT assets and support hardware lifecycle management Assist with backups, patching, and basic infrastructure tasks Make VLAN changes and support networking hardware Support video conferencing, AV tools, and telephony systems Learn and provide support for internal ERP system (training provided) Participate in IT projects, occasionally outside regular hours Requirements 3+ years in an IT Helpdesk or Support role Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office Experience with Active Directory user management Familiarity with networking fundamentals and IT asset management Experience in manufacturing is a plus Certifications (MCSA, CCNA) desirable but not essential Hands-on, self-motivated, and service-oriented Next steps This is a great opportunity for an IT professional looking to grow in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
