We’re now looking for a confident and detail-driven Credit Controller to join our dynamic finance team and help drive healthy cashflow across our operations.
Position
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a supportive finance team where your work will have direct business impact. You’ll take the lead in managing receivables, resolving account issues, and strengthening client relationships, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
What You’ll Be Doing
Engage Directly with Clients via phone, email, and letter to recover outstanding balances
Achieve Cash & Aged Debt Targets each month
Allocate Cash Accurately and reconcile payments against customer ledgers
Issue Monthly Invoices and supporting documents
Resolve Disputes with internal stakeholders to support timely collections
Cross-Reference Receipts & Transfers for financial accuracy
Assist with Reporting & Analytics for management and ad-hoc finance needs
Requirements
What You Bring
Experience & Skills:
• 3+ years’ experience in credit control (engineering industry experience a plus)
• Strong understanding of accounting procedures
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly proficient in MS Excel and finance systems
• Confident handling clients and senior management
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical mindset
• Positive, proactive, and solutions-oriented
Bonus Points For:
• Experience with SAP or similar enterprise systems
