Job Title: Quality Manager
As a key member of our team, the Quality Manager plays a pivotal role in advancing quality and governance across our nursing home group.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure regulatory standards are met.
* Implement policies that drive excellence and person-centred care.
* Support staff development and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Collaborate with management teams to achieve organizational goals.
Requirements:
* Registered Nurse with current NMBI registration.
* Qualification in healthcare management or quality improvement (essential).
* Full Irish driver's license and willingness to travel.
* Minimum 3–5 years' experience in quality, governance, or compliance.
* Strong analytical, report-writing, and communication skills.
