About the Role
Hiring on behalf of a client seeking a Senior Product Owner to lead cloud product development for a next generation device management and monitoring platform. This role owns the roadmap for operational capabilities across monitoring, lifecycle management, firmware configuration deployment, and large scale fleet orchestration. You'll work closely with engineering, UX, cloud operations, support, and international product teams to drive clarity, execution, and measurable delivery outcomes. The position requires strong stakeholder alignment, disciplined backlog leadership, and the ability to collaborate effectively across global time zones.
Key Responsibilities
* Own the product roadmap and quarterly plans for cloud monitoring, device lifecycle, and mass deployment capabilities.
* Lead discovery, customer research, betas, and structured feedback cycles.
* Manage backlog intake, prioritisation, grooming, and acceptance criteria quality.
* Produce PRDs, user stories, UX briefs, acceptance tests, and release notes.
* Drive Agile ceremonies, remove blockers, and maintain transparent documentation for distributed teams.
* Coordinate with product marketing on positioning, launch readiness, and sales enablement.
* Provide clear collateral including FAQs, one pagers, demos, and rollout communications.
* Feed market and customer insights into strategy and messaging.
Requirements
* 3+ years as a Product Owner or Product Manager in cloud or SaaS environments.
* Strong Agile experience with backlog management and sprint planning.
* Understanding of cloud platforms, RMM, subscription models, and IoT ecosystems.
* Proven ability to work across engineering, UX, DevOps, support, and global teams.
* Agile or Scrum certification preferred.
* AV or device based platform experience an advantage.
* Highly self directed with strong communication and decision making skills.
