**The Role & What You Will Be Doing**Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here's how the **QC Analyst – Micro** role will make an impact:* The analysis of raw materials, in process and finished products.
* Completion of facility monitoring of Grade D manufacturing areas, such as Environmental Monitoring, water sampling and testing.
* Reading and trending of analytical data, authoring analytical reports and performing peer reviews.
* Execution of analytical method transfers and compendia verification of microbiology test methods.
* Development and updating of laboratory documentation.
* Investigate out of specification results utilizing structured problem-solving skills in conjunction with relevant departments in order to implement effective preventative actions.
* Undertaking non-routine/complex projects and responsibilities as applicable.
* Following all relevant Standard Operating Procedures.
* Ensuring strict adherence to site policies, GMP and environmental, health and safety regulations.
**About Your Skills & Experience**For this role, we're looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences:* Minimum of a Bachelor of Science degree.
* Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a microbiology laboratory environment.
* Experience in raw material, release testing and facility monitoring.
* Experience in Method Validation/Transfer/Verification preferable.
* Effective problem-solving skills.
