McCaughan Paper Ltd, a long-established supplier of high-quality paper products to businesses across Ireland, is seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our close-knit team in Clonskeagh, Dublin 14.
This is a senior, hands-on role within a small office, best suited to someone who enjoys ownership, structure, and acting as the central point of coordination across customers, suppliers, accounts, and logistics. You will be on-site five days a week and play a key part in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly.

About the role
As Office Manager, you will oversee a broad range of administrative, customer, and light accounts duties. You will handle client queries, prepare quotations, support order and delivery coordination, and maintain accurate invoicing and payment processes. This role is ideal for someone confident working independently and comfortable taking the lead in a small business setting.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage daily office operations and act as the main point of contact
– Handle customer enquiries and incoming calls
– Prepare quotations and liaise with sales/logistics
– Resolve customer or supplier issues promptly
– Process sales and purchase invoices
– Support payments, reconciliations, and record-keeping
– Maintain organised office systems and documentation
What we're looking for:
– 3+ years' experience in an office manager or senior admin role
– Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
– Confident dealing with customers and suppliers
– Experience with invoicing and basic accounts administration
– Proficient in Office 365 (especially Excel)
– Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
– Comfortable working independently in a small-team environment
– Must live within a reasonable commute of Clonskeagh (Dublin 14)
