Field Service Technician
to join a growing team providing essential technical support to the farming community across the
South East of Ireland

The Role
As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for the day-to-day "on-the-ground" health of advanced agricultural systems. This is a highly mobile role focused on technical execution and preventative care.
* Maintenance & Repair:
Deliver high-quality servicing and mechanical repairs to ensure equipment reliability.
* Rapid Response:
Act as the first line of support for technical inquiries and equipment troubleshooting.
* Customer Interaction:
Work directly with farmers to explain technical issues and build long-term trust.
* Workflow Management:
Independently manage your daily tasks while remaining flexible to support colleagues when needed.
* Service Rota:
Join a team-based on-call rota to provide critical support during peak times or after hours.
Location
Candidates should be based in
County Kilkenny, Wexford, or Waterford
, or within a commutable distance to these areas.
What We Are Looking For
* Practical Qualifications:
A trade qualification in
Electrical or Mechanical
engineering is essential.
* Technical Aptitude:
Strong mechanical knowledge and a natural passion for how things work.
* Industry Interest:
A genuine interest in the agricultural sector and animal welfare.
* Professionalism:
High standards of workmanship and a strict adherence to health and safety procedures.
* Communication:
Fluent English and the ability to communicate technical information clearly to customers.
