Become a key player in the success of our organisation as we expand and evolve. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of Bower Hall Accommodation Services and the in-house Laundry, working closely with the Senior Management Team. Key responsibilities include:
• Overseeing daily operations and implementing process improvements
• Coordinating laundry turnover for Hotel properties to ensure seamless services
• Liaising with occupants to address their needs and resolve queries efficiently
• Leading a team of Night Porters, Laundry Attendants, Drivers etc. and managing their performance
• Repairing and maintaining Long-Term Accommodation Areas and Laundry facilities to high standards
• Building relationships with suppliers to secure best value and service
• Preparing reports for senior management and handling administrative duties effectively
• Ensuring compliance with Security, Health & Safety regulations and Energy Management practices
• Developing operational strategies to drive efficiency and excellence
The ideal candidate will possess:
* Proven experience in Facilities Management or a similar field
* Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate teams and stakeholders
