The role
Office Administrator
Location: Navan, Co. Meath.

We are now looking for someone to join our team as the Office Administrator in a busy office environment, in our Industrial office located in Navan, Co. Meath.
We are looking for a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Receptionist duties – meeting and greeting visitors and staff, managing the phone switch, arranging reception and waiting areas, and coordinating meeting rooms.
Sorting and distributing mail, and organising courier services.
Catering management – organising catering requirements for meetings.
Office management – maintaining kitchen, toilets, and service areas to meet company tidiness, cleanliness, and service standards; liaising with cleaning and services providers such as Intruder and Fire alarms.
Managing stock inventory of stationery supplies and generating purchase orders for all purchases.
General clerical and administrative support to the Line Manager and ad‑hoc office requests, including copying, note‑taking, and travel planning.
Liaising with IT and Plant departments for drop‑off and collection of equipment.
Supporting procurement activities with Purchase Requisition creation as required.
Other duties as required from time to time.
Travel management – booking hotels, flights, and car hire, and managing invoicing and payments.
Supporting the Senior Leadership Team with travel bookings and administration requirements.
Preparing and booking meeting rooms.
Innovation – proactively looking for improvements and proposing new processes for office operations.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Fluency with all Microsoft products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access).
Strong organisational and people skills with a professional attitude.
Ability to meet deadlines and multi‑task efficiently.
Good knowledge of travel bookings and management.
Strong work ethic and ownership of responsibilities.
