As aBusiness Development Executive, you'll be at the heart of our sales motion — helping build pipeline, streamline processes, and connect the dots between teams. Alkimii is the partner in enhancing productivity, fostering a thriving culture, and boosting the bottom line.What will you be doing?No two days are the same — but here's a taste of what's ahead:Prospecting & OutreachProactively identify and research target accounts and contactsUse creative outreach methods — calls, personalised emails, LinkedIn and social selling — to book meetings for senior roles in the Growth teamPlay a key role in helping us grow our revenue across England, Ireland, Northern Ireland, Scotland and WalesLead QualificationConduct initial discovery calls to understand prospect needsQualify inbound and outbound leads against our ideal customer profileEnsure leads meet criteria before handing them off to senior colleaguesCRM & ReportingKeep our HubSpot CRM up-to-date and accurateTrack your activity (calls, emails, meetings booked) against weekly targetsSupport sales reporting and pipeline forecasting by ensuring data qualityMake the most of AI outreach platforms to work smarterCollaborationWork closely with senior team members to understand target segments and deal strategyCoordinate with Marketing to follow up on inbound leads and campaignsAll in all, you'll be a busy bee.
