We are seeking a highly skilled Project Cost Manager to join our team.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing project cost estimates, cash flows, and financial plans aligned with the project schedule.
* Collaborate with internal teams and engineering partners to develop detailed cost breakdowns
* Review and challenge capital expenditure (CAPEX) forecasts provided by external partners
* Analyse building economics data to provide expert advice on cost management strategies
What You'll Need:
pA degree-qualified Quantity Surveyor or equivalent qualification is essential.
pExtensive experience in cost control within CAPEX projects is preferred.
tpStrong analytical skills are required along with excellent planning and organisational abilities using SAP software.
