About the Role
As a Senior Town Planner, you will:
1. Lead the development and delivery of urban planning projects, ensuring compliance with local and national regulations.
2. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, and policymakers, to create innovative, sustainable solutions.
3. Engage with stakeholders, conducting consultations to ensure community voices shape the city's future.
4. Analyse and interpret zoning laws, land use plans, and environmental assessments.
5. Mentor junior planners, sharing your knowledge and driving professional growth.
What We're Looking For
6. Qualifications: A degree in Town Planning, Urban Design, or a related field. A Master's is a plus.
7. Experience: 5+ years in urban or regional planning, with proven leadership on complex projects.
8. Knowledge: Expertise in Irish planning regulations, sustainable design principles, and project management.
9. Skills: Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
