Job Title: Senior Administrative Coordinator
Location: Galway, Ireland
Description:
* Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager in coordinating operational activities within the Quick Service sector.
* Source and procure catering equipment, utensils, and operational fixtures and fittings for existing outlets and new build projects.
* Offer comprehensive administrative assistance and ensure efficient communication across the team.
* Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotations, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely delivery of goods.
* Maintain an up-to-date inventory and track expenses.
Key Responsibilities:
* Procurement & Sourcing: Research, source, and order catering equipment, smallwares, utensils, and consumables.
* Administrative Support: Manage the Operations Manager's calendar, schedule meetings, and arrange travel/accommodation as required.
* Operational Coordination: Assist in the rollout of new store openings, coordinating timelines, deliveries, and supplier contacts.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic database use.
