* Serving beverages: Preparing and serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, including cocktails, following recipes and customer requests.
* Customer service: Greeting customers, taking orders, providing recommendations, and ensuring a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
* Cash handling: Processing payments, handling cash and credit transactions accurately.
* Bar maintenance: Keeping the bar area clean, well-stocked, and organized, including washing glasses and restocking supplies.
* Inventory management: Monitoring stock levels.
* Ensuring safety: Checking customer identification for age verification, adhering to food and beverage regulations, and addressing spills and other safety hazards.
* Food service: Serving snacks and food items, particularly to those seated at the bar.
* Upselling: Suggesting drinks, specials, or other items to increase sales.
