About Your New Job As the Finance Manager, you will: Prepare, analyse, and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Preparation of statutory accounts and ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes Manage, monitor, and oversee the company payrolls, Monitor and optimise cash flow, ensuring sufficient liquidity for operational and strategic initiatives. Ensure compliance with Irish tax laws, regulations, and relevant financial reporting standards. Partner with senior management to drive business strategy, identifying financial opportunities and risks.
