The Role We are looking for ambitious solicitors who have a real interest in specialising into the Energy, Infrastructure and Natural Resources practice area.
The ideal candidate will have between 1 and 4 years relevant experience within a large or medium corporate law firm however we are also interested in speaking to candidates with less PQE who have an interest in the sector.
Legal experience in construction and some general experience working on finance transactions acting for both large multinational financial institutions and borrowers/sponsors would be advantageous.

We provide solution orientated advice to utilities, international energy companies, financial institutions, private equity, infrastructure funds, sponsors and government.
