Key responsibilities:
Provide clinical nursing leadership and expertise through assessing, planning, implementing and evaluation of nursing practice and standards of care for patients; managing resources and applying evidence-based nursing practice in the Intensive Care Unit.
To provide planning and administrative support to the Assistant Director of Nursing.
To provide nursing leadership and clinical supervision for the department.
To ensure and maintain safe practices in the delivery of care within reasonable costs to patients.
Requirements:
Minimum Degree in Nursing with Advanced Nursing Diploma in Intensive Care Nursing or equivalent.
Registered with Singapore Nursing Board for Registered Nurse.
Minimum 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in hospital clinical settings.
Specialty experience in intensive care preferred.
Experience of Preceptor/Clinical instructor/Nursing Education & Training preferred.
A meticulous and analytical team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to work on shifts (including night shift)
High adaptive to new challenging environment.
