Hr Generalist Job Description
As a standalone HR executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire human resources function on a part-time basis. The role offers flexible working hours with a minimum of 24 hours required per week.

Your key responsibilities include:
* Recruitment: Developing job descriptions, posting adverts, shortlisting, arranging interviews and onboarding new employees.
* Employee Relations: Managing disciplinary cases, escalating grievances and monitoring absence levels.
* HR Administration: Ensuring compliance with current employment legislation and maintaining accurate records.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources, an HR qualification and proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and other company systems.
