Key responsibilities: Develop high-quality software using agile techniques.
Drive technology and software development best practices into the team.
Work with the broader self-solve portal release train, release train engineer, product manager, architects, and the product owner to understand, estimate, and refine the product backlog.
Participate in regular demonstrations of new work to the product owners and business stakeholders.
Position requirements Must-have: Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Familiarity with Java Script and web development fundamentals.
Interest in Salesforce development and willingness to learn Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to learn and grow in a collaborative environment.
Nice-to-have / For mid-level:2+ years of experience building user interfaces with Java Script and Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Understanding of Salesforce architecture, Apex, and Communities.
Familiarity with front-end integration patterns and asynchronous data flows within Salesforce.
Experience with UI testing frameworks (Jest, Selenium) and version control/CI tools (Git Hub, Jenkins).
Ability to write clean, maintainable code and apply best practices in UI performance and reusability.
Ability to drive best practices and support junior team members.
