Matrix Recruitment are seeking to recruit a Temporary Finance Administrator – Reconciliations & Sage Processing for our client based in the Carlow Area.
This is a Part-Time Temporary role with an immediate start and is expected to last for 3 – 6 months.
Your New Job – Key Responsibilities:
* Accurately process high volumes of financial data and transactions using Sage accounting software
* Perform bank, supplier, and customer reconciliations to support accurate financial reporting
* Assist in clearing a backlog of transactions to support the month-end close
* Ensure records are up to date and maintain tight controls over financial data
* Collaborate with the finance team to resolve discrepancies and streamline processes
What Are We Looking For?
* 1–2 years’ experience in a finance or accounts administration role
* Proven experience working with Sage and strong proficiency in Excel
* Demonstrated ability to handle reconciliations and data processing with a high level of accuracy
* Comfortable with repetitive tasks and meeting tight deadlines
* Strong attention to detail, organisational, and communication skills
