CFO - Irish SME
We are seeking a CFO to join our team and help drive growth in Ireland.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a financial strategy that aligns with the company's objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications & Experience:
* Proven track record as CFO or senior finance executive in a high-growth environment, ideally in the energy, infrastructure, or industrial sectors.
* Experience working with a company through significant revenue growth, scale-up, or IPO/private equity investment cycles.
* Expertise in capital raising, strategic finance, M&A, and financial operations.
