Salary: €30,850 with 10% PRP Bonus

As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for our members, supporting them with empathy, clarity and professionalism during inbound calls. You’ll play a key part in making sure every member feels heard, reassured and valued.
What You’ll Be Doing
Take inbound calls from membersHelp with questions about policies, claims, cover, renewals and paymentsBreak down complex information in a clear, reassuring wayHandle complaints with patience, understanding and good judgementLog information accurately and follow processes to keep everything running smoothlyWork closely with your team to meet call targets while delivering excellent service
What We’re Looking For
Previous customer service or call‑centre experience is an advantage but not essentialWarm, confident communication skills - especially over the phoneA genuine desire to help people and make their day a little easierAbility to stay positive and composed during busy or challenging callsStrong attention to detail and good problem‑solving abilityAdaptability and resilience - every call is different
