The RoleProvide leadership and guidance to the local accounting teams. This includes training and monitoring performance to ensure all activities are completed in a timely and accurate manner.Oversee the preparation of consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS on a quarterly basis, including note disclosures and supporting working papers.Liaise with external auditors to coordinate annual audits, including researching accounting policies and standards and drafting accounting memos.Review and maintain financial and operating forecasts and cash flows.Ensure the timely creation of quarterly financial reporting packages and supporting schedules.ResponsibilitiesOur ideal candidate will have the following skills:Degree in a relevant subject and be qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA;Ideal candidate should have Big 4/Top 10 training with 7+ years PQE within the real estate, investments, asset management, or funds industry;Motivated self-starter who is results-driven; and has an entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to provide flexible solutions;Extensive experience with the consolidation of multiple entities under IFRS;Strong leadership experience with the ability to motivate and manage a high-performing team.
