We are hiring a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive on behalf of our client, a luxury 4-star hotel located in County Meath. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales across corporate, leisure, and event segments, building lasting relationships, and representing the hotel with professionalism and passion. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, tour operators, and event planners. Identify and convert new business opportunities in the local and national market. Organise and lead site visits, show rounds, and client meetings at the hotel. Work closely with the Revenue and Events teams to maximise occupancy and event bookings. Attend industry networking events, trade shows, and tourism fairs to promote the hotel. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews regularly. Candidate Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel or hospitality sales (corporate, MICE, or leisure). Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Knowledge of the Irish hotel market, particularly the Leinster region, is desirable. Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal departments. Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel locally when required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is an advantage.
