Our hotel is seeking a Senior Duty Manager to oversee daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with management to ensure smooth hotel operation
* Foster a welcoming environment for guests
* Address guest feedback and implement improvements
* Ensure staff adhere to Standard Operating Procedure manual and hotel policy
* Lead team in operational departments
* Assist Head of Department to improve procedures and systems
Professional Requirements:
* Proven experience in hotel management or related field
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
* Knowledge of hotel operations, reservation systems, and customer service principles
* Flexibility to work varied hours including evenings, nights, and weekends
