KildareIndustryFood ManufacturingTypeFull time, onsiteI am currently partnering with a well established food manufacturer who is seeking an experienced Maintenance Coordinator to join their engineering team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem solving, leading a busy maintenance function and driving continuous improvements across a fast moving production site.What you will be doingLeading a team of fitters and electricians in a busy engineering departmentTroubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues across the manufacturing plantManaging downtime, carrying out root cause analysis and implementing preventative strategiesOverseeing the parts system for both new and existing production linesManaging PO processes within the maintenance departmentSupporting and project managing capital and continuous improvement projectsPreparing monthly reports and providing updates to senior operations leadersPlanning and issuing all preventive maintenance tasks and ensuring complianceWorking closely with engineering and operations teams to identify and resolve site issuesSupporting and promoting a strong food safety cultureWhat you need• Minimum 5 years experience in a regulated manufacturing environment• Qualified electrician or mechanical fitter• Strong project management experience• PLC knowledge is an advantage• Excellent communication and problem solving skills• Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines• A positive, proactive approach with strong teamwork skills• Eligibility to work in IrelandNext StepsShould this position be of interest to you please submit your CV using the apply button or reach out to me directly for a confidential discussion.We will never share your data outside of our organisation without your prior written consent.Please review our Data Protection Policy on our website.If you require any reasonable accommodations during the recruitment process please let me know and we will do our best to support you.
