We are recruiting a Person in Charge (PIC) for one of our expanding nurse-led services supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities across Co. Sligo.

About the Role
As Person in Charge, you will:
1. Lead and manage the effective delivery of our nurse-led services.
2. Ensure full compliance with HIQA Standards and Department of Health Regulations.
3. Work autonomously while promoting a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
4. Provide guidance, supervision, and leadership to the care team.
5. Support service users through high-quality, person-centred care and robust care planning.
6. Oversee documentation, reporting, audits, and quality assurance processes.
7. Play a key role in training, development, and onboarding of new team members.
8. Foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
9. Participate in the on-call rota as required.
Essential Criteria
To be considered, you must have:
10. Level 7 Degree in Nursing and active NMBI registration.
11. Minimum 3 years' management or supervisory experience in health or social care.
12. Experience supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities (highly desirable).
13. Level 6 Management qualification (or willingness to complete—supported by the company).
14. Proven experience managing services to quality and regulatory standards.
15. Full clean driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
