We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven leader to join our team as a Retail Store Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales, motivating your team, and creating a positive in-store atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive sales performance by leading by example, setting high standards, and recognizing individual achievements.
* Recruit, onboard, and train a skilled and confident team with strong optical knowledge and excellent customer care skills.
* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and support the team in reaching sales and satisfaction goals.
* Manage daily operations efficiently, including scheduling, inventory, and workflow optimization.
* Deliver exceptional customer service by guiding customers through every step of the eye test journey with care and expertise.
* Apply optical skills to help customers choose the right frames and lenses and perform precise adjustments and lens cutting.
