Your New Role
The Branch Advisor position is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced branch environment.
Main Responsibilities:
* Greet and engage with customers on the banking hall floor, assessing their needs and providing guidance on self-service options.
* Determine the most suitable service channel for each customer, whether it be mobile app, internet banking, or kiosks, and direct them to Teller/Customer Service if required.
* Utilize iPads to update customer information, identify sales opportunities, and hand over leads to suitable staff as needed.
* Perform cash handling duties, including processing and managing cash and cheque lodgements at Teller, balancing cash at the end of each day, and maintaining optimal cash levels throughout the day.
Requirements for Success:
* Candidate must have prior experience in customer-facing roles, demonstrating a high standard of service and understanding of its importance.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team in a busy branch environment.
