JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title: Counterparty Management Administrator Location: Dublin Department: Middle Office – Registration & Counterparty Management Reports To: Head of Registration & Counterparty Management Business Area: Corporate and Institutional Banking – ITO Overall Job PurposeRegistration & Counterparty Management consists of two departments: Registration and Counterparty Management.
The two main objectives are to: Coordinate the operational implementation of deals (or 'programs' in Supply Chain) and ensure the accuracy and consistency of deal parameters, including credit, legal, and operational conditions, through independent controls at the implementation stage and throughout the deal lifecycle.Support both clients and non-clients with the objective of operational excellence, delivered through a risk management framework and strict adherence to compliance and banking rules.Dublin Trade Services and Operations teams interact daily with the Dublin Middle Office and rely on it for activities necessary to enable clients to begin using the firm's products.
The Middle Office performs its controls independently from the Trade Services and Operations functions. The Dublin Middle Office focuses primarily on Registration and Specialised Due Diligence. Key ResponsibilitiesLead supplier onboarding for both new and existing programs.Manage registration of suppliers for vendor financing programs.Collect documentation for KYTS (Know Your Transactional Supplier) and KYS (Know Your Supplier) activities; ensure completeness once instructed or during recertification.Provide regular reporting to the sales team and support client communication coordination.Maintain an up-to-date master list of suppliers and their status.Properly store supplier documents and supporting evidence in secure and accessible locations.Perform Financial Security (FS) controls during facility setup, renewal, and throughout the deal lifecycle to ensure ongoing compliance.
