MK-Search are currently working with a leading £1bn turnover main contractor with a strong presence across sectors who are looking for a senior MEP manager to deliver a very notable brand new mixed use residential scheme in Dublin. The project comprises of 940 units across 2 phases. the first phase is due to begin at delivery stage and comprises of 440 units, valued at £200m (45m M&E). As senior MEP manager you will report to a regional MEP contracts manager and work closely with the build Project Director to act as the lead services manager with an overview of all MEP packages across the scheme.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee MEP strategy, subcontractor management, and installation
* Commercial control, value engineering, and risk management
* Technical coordination and compliance
Requirements:
* Strong MEP experience from subcontractor or main contractor background
* Deep understanding of design, commercial, and technical aspects (design experience essential, but not a pure designer role)
* Proven track record on major projects
