Job Title: Sales Person
We are seeking an experienced and motivated sales professional to join our team in Tullow. This role involves selling premium agricultural machinery and building lasting relationships with farming clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the sales process from lead generation to close for new and used agricultural machinery.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities in your assigned territory.
* Develop strong relationships with both new and existing customers, offering after-sales support where necessary.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
* Organise and conduct on-site demonstrations and attend trade shows or local events.
* Work closely with the service and parts departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions.
Ideal Candidate:
* Proven track record in sales, ideally within the agricultural or machinery industry.
* Strong knowledge of agricultural equipment and farming practices.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first approach.
* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
* Proficient in using CRM systems and general IT tools.
* Full clean driving license required.
