You'll be the person who brings them together and lifts the baseline.Scalable analytics delivery.From pipelines to reporting cadence, you'll create repeatable processes that don't hinge on heroics.Team leadership.You'll manage a small team initially and help shape the structure as the function grows, while staying close to the tools and the numbers yourself.What You Bring7+ years in commercial analytics, BI, or insight-driven roles.Strong hands-on Power BI capability - you can build, fix, optimise, and explain.Experience creating or owning KPI frameworks or governance structures.A commercial mindset: you think in ROI, not rows and columns.The ability to influence senior stakeholders without drowning them in detail.Experience in fast-paced, multi-site/multi-region environments.Leadership experience.A bias for action.
